Coaching rates
A session is:
- an hour-long phone session,
- an hour-long FaceTime session,
- or an hour-long in-person meeting.
After the session you’ll receive an email overview of the goal/assignment you chose during the session, as well as one additional reminder prior to your next session.
- Single session rate: $125
- Double trouble: Two sessions for $225 (Save $25)
- A month’s worth of self-care! 4 sessions for $450 (Save $50)

I can help you choose the options that are most appropriate for you based on your personality, priorities, and values. As you move through life, there will be challenges, failures, and successes. I can help you look more objectively at these events and see where you improve better and where essential lessons are available. Making mistakes can be painful, but failures also hold the seeds of wisdom. When you fail, you often get closer to success. I had a bicycling friend with a tattoo that said, “fall down 8 times, get up 9.” The key to getting back up is to step back and see what you can learn from the fall. I can help you recognize those opportunities and transform your life.
